PET POLICYWe are a pet friendly Hotel, if you are bringing little Rover or Molly please note that we have a few rules: Dogs are not allowed in the Lounge areas or Restaurant during food service, they are allowed in the Bar (limited space). Please do not leave your Dog in the room unattended. We have a £5 per night cleaning charge for dogs in bedrooms, only 1 dog allowed per room and no dogs allowed in the Lochside Deluxe Rooms.
CANCELLATION POLICY We take credit card details as confirmation for the booking, the full balance will be due on departure. Reservations must cancel 5 days prior to arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, will incur a charge equivalent to one nights stay.
